Soon to come

My next entry will be on herbs and spices that help with health issues or maybe just every day problems.  Sometimes just adding a little ginger here or parsley there can help make you feel better. One tip though before I go everybody has the occasional heartburn, upset stomach and you may already know this, but a quick cure for that is mint. Whether it be sucking on some mint leaves, chewing some winterfresh gum or my favorite a winterfresh lifesaver.
